It is alo an excellent source of vitamins K and C and is a great source of antioxidants. It is a cool season annual and can be succession planted every two weeks for continuous harvest.
To plant, sow the seeds 1/4 inch deep in well-draining soil with plenty of sunlight. Keep the soil consistently moist until the seeds germinate, typically within 7-10 days. Once the plants have reached 6 inches in height, they are ready to harvest by snipping the leaves as needed.
