These seeds were saved from a perennial Lovage plant in Mantis Planting owner Nisha Maxwell's garden located in the California high desert of Joshua Tree. Lovage is a celery-like herb that is a little smaller but does way better in hot arid regions than celery. It is great in salads, seasoning for meat dishes, as part of a soup base and more!
Plant lovage seeds in rich, well-draining soil and keep the plants well-watered, but not waterlogged. Lovage can reach heights of 3-6 feet and should be harvested as needed
