This mild Japanese winter mustard has attractive toothed leaves, tastes delicious in stirfrys and salads and grows courageously through the roughest months of winter. Mustard is rich is antioxidants, vitamin B and vitamins.

 

Sow seeds directly into well-drained soil about 1/4 inch deep and keep them moist until they germinate. Once planted, these seeds will quickly grow into lush, green foliage that can be harvested in just 3-4 weeks. It is a cool season annual and can be succession planted every two weeks for continuous harvest.
